When you are going to make the preparations for your race, you need to make sure that you know exactly what type of racing you are going to do. because you may end up doing something completely different than you expect if you do it wrong.

Also, make sure that you are ready mentally. because there are things that you need to do such as mental preparation for each stage of the race. and you also need to make sure that you get in the right form to ride the bikes well. You need to make sure that you feel good before you start your ride.

Finally, you also need to get yourself organized mentally and physically before you get on the bikes. If you are too relaxed and not prepared for a race then you will be in too much of a rush and you will end up getting off course or worse.
